A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU
ALL! 2005
was a great year – a most challenging
year that produced great results. Just this week I
had offers for the book to be translated into Russian
and French. It has already been translated into Spanish,
Portuguese and Dutch by really wonderful volunteers.
I am hoping this time next year the book will be available
in another four languages. In afterlife research there
have been some wonderful books, there have been good
meetings and it appears there is now a move to organize
a world wide group to unite the researchers working
to prove the existence of the afterlife. Sooner or
later this will happen. Overall, there has been unprecedented
progress in spreading awareness of the afterlife.
We all hope that even greater things will be achieved
in 2006. My best to you all!
Lawyer Rebuts Billionaire Kerry
Packer on the Afterlife Australia’s
richest man, media owner and gambler Kerry Packer,
reputedly worth more than 8 billion dollars, died
on the 27th Dec 05. Several years ago after being
clinically dead for eight minutes following his first
heart attack he famously told the assembled media:
"I've been on the other side and let me tell
you, son, there's f---ing nothing there." Granted
he was a successful businessman – building an
empire from the $100 million he inherited from his
father to more than $8 billion before he died on at
the age of 67. However when it comes to the afterlife,
he was completely ignorant: an uninformed layperson
articulating perhaps a self-serving off the cuff negative
comment, a comment which could do enormous harm to
those who are equally uninformed about the afterlife.

BILL & MELINDA GATES:
voted as “The People of The Year” for
2005. It is reported that Bill Gates has a fortune
worth more than $39 billion – and they say,
Bill is going to give most of it to worthwhile charities.
The same principle applies; it will be a question
of motivation. If they are being unselfish in helping
those who cannot help themselves they will be doing
wonders for getting their vibrations high –
and theoretically ought to have a good deal on crossing
over. I accept that foundations and generosity –
the giving of millions to worthwhile charities are
part of the American tradition. Bill Gates said, "The
greatest inequity in the world is that children are
dying whose lives could be saved for a few hundred
dollars. And that should be changed." Melinda
added: "If you take just some of the basic medicines
we have here — the vaccinations that we have,
we so take for granted for our children — measles,
hepatitis B, and you take those to Africa, you can
change a child's life." Bill stated, "Getting
out to India, to Africa — that's critical for
me to make sure my foundation is doing effective work
and renews my commitment to take all the wealth I
have and make sure it goes back to causes like world
health". This year the Gates Foundation donated
more than $1 billion to malaria immunization, HIV/AIDS
prevention, education and other causes. The foundation
receives 140 grant requests a day.
THE LAW OF CAUSE AND EFFECT:
so many people want to know more about this law of
returning energy. This is part of afterlife physics
– not dissimilar to the well known physics law:
every action has an equal and opposite reaction. No
one, no priest, no Christian, no Hindu, no Moslem,
no Rabbi, no Ayatollah, just nobody has any power
at all to change this law, nobody. Linked with this
is forgiveness – ironic in the extreme, the
only people who have power to forgive you, if you
were the transgressor, is the person or persons you
violated, you transgressed against. These laws may
seem strange to you – but with absolute certainty,
this particular law has been operating since time
immemorial we are told through empirical mediumship.
Just because it may be inconsistent with our own beliefs,
does not mean it is wrong. We have to get used to
universal laws that transcend tradition, culture,
values and beliefs.
EXPERIENCING THE PARANORMAL-
THE ULTIMATE TRIP!: There
is nothing more convincing than when empiricists,
scientists and others with the highest credibility
have documented experience with the paranormal. Intelligent
level headed people, healthy in mind and body who
have amassed successful track record for achieving,
do have contact with non-physical energy - (with the
parnormal). I have made contact with my crossed over
parents who have given me absolute proof that the
afterlife exists. I repeat, communicating with entities
from the afterlife is the greatest discovery in human
history. I have been waiting for some twenty years

explaining the afterlife does not or cannot exist.
Positive empirical psi researchers are convinced that
such book does not and cannot exist! With absolute
certainty, there is nothing more vital, more critical
and powerful than an empirical idea whose time has

AFTERLIFE ACCEPTED BY RELIGIONISTS
AND EMPIRICISTS There are more than
1.1 billion Christians and at least another 3 billion
from other religions- practising or cultural Christians
who believe in and accept the existence of the afterlife.
Positive empiricists do not have the luxury of beliefs,
of religion or of any supersitition - but they also
accept the existence of the afterlife. Empirical epistemology
states that empiricism - using scientific method to
measure phenomena - and science will always prevail
over beliefs, over religion, over superstition. I
state that it does not matter if you are a Christian,
Hindu, Jewish, Moslem or if you belong to any other
religion - the critical thing for the religionists
- something they must do - is to acknowledge that
now empiricism and science support their beliefs in
the afterlife.

'JUST LIKE HEAVEN':
the movie of the year! This movie is
really great! It is about a
competent, energetic young female doctor (Reece Witherspoon)
who goes into a coma - but her duplicate spirit body
goes back to her flat in San Fransisco! There she
meets David, who will eventually become her partner.
Technically, it is possible to have that kind of paranormal
scenario. Why? Because out of body experiences have
now been empirically proved.There are those who can
communicate with etherics (empirical name for a spirit).
It is light. It is romantic. It is spiritual and is
highly entertaining. I strongly recommend
this movie - for me it is a five ***** star movie.

MERRY CHRISTMAS everybody. I hope
that all of you, wherever you are around the world,
religious or not religious, Christian, Hindu, Jewish,
Moslem, Krishnas, theists and atheists, agnostics
and others – do have a good Christmas break.
Some prefer to have a religious Christmas. Others
just want to have a relaxed, restful secular break.
Many take the opportunity for the family to meet at
least once a year. Perhaps others take the opportunity
to review the year and what they achieved or could
have achieved. It’s holiday time for many people.
Especially down under in Australia where it’s
now our midsummer break- and virtually everything
shuts down for a few weeks. In any event, my warmest
wishes to you all!
COPING WITH GRIEF AT THIS TIME
Holidays and Holy days can be very difficult times
of the year for people who are grieving. During the
year, there are times when family and loved ones get
together to celebrate. These times normally are supposed

TWO LIFE REVIEWS: some people are
a little confused about the life reviews once we cross
over. Highly credible information, through empirical
mediumship states that there will be two life reviews:
one sequential and the other one spiritual. The sequential
is more or less mechanical, just like seeing your
life on a video – at fast speed. Takes two seconds
we are told. The other life review is the spiritual
one – far more challenging and one we are told
not too many people welcome. This is because at the
spiritual life review you will be shown what experiences
and lessons you were supposed to learn – the
blueprint of your life. And then that is compared
with what you actually did. No one will judge you.
You will judge yourself. There will be no St Peter,
no Big Daddy God, no Pearly Gates. The crossing over
will be done in strict accordance with afterlife physics
– the vibrations (level of spirituality) you
were able to accumulate during your life on earth.
If you were a reasonable person, not selfish, not
cruel – you’ll have nothing to worry about.
But if you went out of your way disseminating darkness,
misleading people - that would automatically lower
the vibrations – and on crossing over
you will be automatically attracted to a lower realm
where the vibrations will be low - a realm of darkness
– most unpleasant, to say the least.
SOMETHING VERY FUNNY ABOUT A SKEPTIC:
In chapter 11 of my book – top right BOOK –
I have a chapter on materialization medium Helen Duncan.
She claims (and other independent observers confirmed)
that when she used to go into a trance, she used to
exude ‘ectoplasm’ – which is solid
looking whitish substance – from her mouth.
This medium Helen Duncan was terrorized by the skeptics
and the Naval military in England because she was
able to materialize a seaman who was killed on a warship
in the Mediterranean Sea during the war. But those
who try to oppose the medium Helen Duncan, such as
Professor D West, actually suggested that she was
not exuding ectoplasm- no he says, she had a long
white piece of cheesecloth (something that looks like
a long white scarf) some five feet long (just under
two meters) by some ten inches - which she ‘hid
up her anus’! Now I told this Professor I am
willing to pay $1,000 to him or to any other skeptic
who could shove a five feet scarf up his anus and
then with his hands tied get it to come out and walk
around the room and talk in such a way that it convinces
28 intelligent people it is their dead relative. Surprise,
surprise, he would not be in it! Materialization mediumship
is one of the most convincing areas of evidence for
the evidence for the afterlife- read more on Helen

11.
THE MOST IMPORTANT DISCOVERY IN HUMAN HISTORY:
survival of consciousness- non-physical energy –
accounts for all paranormal and afterlife evidence.
The ‘new scientists’ accept it. Some of
the traditional scientists – do not accept it.
They accept reductionist science – if you cannot
experiment with it in the science laboratory, it does
not exist – so they believe. But people from
around the world – from Russia, all European
countries to France and the UK. Countries from North
Africa to South Africa. From China to Europe. Canada,
United States all the way down to Argentina –
in all these countries around the world people have
reported the existence of non-physical energy: apparitions,
mediumship – contact with loved ones and others,
telepathy, teleportation, clairaudience and clairvoyance,
remote viewing and all other evidence I presented
– in the BOOK top right column. Now debunkers
are stating or implying that all those people around
the world got together to fool the other people about
non-physical energy!! This conspiracy theory is too
silly to even think about! The level-headed person
will say – that cannot be right. Of course not!
The resistance by the debunkers to the acceptance
of non-physical energy is primarily because the acceptance
of it will revolutionize science. These people who
are resisting I call the ‘luddites of scientific
progress’. But it will happen one day –
guaranteed. We’ll have to be patient, but with
absolute certainty, some 95% of the world will accept
the evidence of non-physical energy, they will accept
the paranormal, they will accept all the evidence
for the afterlife. No one can avoid the inevitable.
AGE OF ENLIGHTENMENT: We are living
in the TRUE age of enlightenment. The Net has liberated
and is everyday liberating our minds from the junk
information we were programmed with in our environment
in the earlier years. Why? Because now there is no
censorship. Once you had your head chopped off or
your were hanged or you were burnt at the stake for
stating something minor against religion – such
as questioning whether the Church had power to tell
people what they should think or do or not to do.
In the last fifteen years there has been enormous
progress in personal freedom of expression. And anything
on the Net goes to ALL THE WORLD! I was told that
I would have been (and so many others like me) burnt
at the stake for advising the Pope to change his theology
to make his afterlife beliefs consistent with the
afterlife empirical results– see below AN OPEN
LETTER TO THE POPE. It will take another ten to fifteen
years before people around the world will accept that
anything said to them in their environment is subject
to cross examination for validity. And the most important
thing is, I predict, that most level headed people
will not believe anything without evidence. That is
why my afterlife research is based on empirical, objective
evidence no one has been able to rebut these last

INSTRUMENTAL – TRANS-COMMUNICATION
(ITC) and ELECTRONIC VOICE PHENOMENA (EVP)
will be the revolutionary way that will convince ALL
the world of the afterlife. MANY thousands have already
been convinced because the many EVP-ITC experiments
have obtained marvelous results. The impact of the
movie WHITE NOISE was so great having used EVP/ITC

REMOTE VIEWING: is also a most convincing
psychic methodology that has convinced not only the
West, but other secular countries such as China. SECRECY
IS NO LONGER GUARANTEED! I am retired now, but in
around 1986 I was doing some remote viewing (we did
not call it remote viewing then) and focused on the
President Bush and Gorbachev meeting on the island
of Malta, Europe, in the Mediterranean Sea. I was
addressing the Humanist Society during the day of
the meeting and just told them what was happening:
Gorbachev - wanted assurances the U.S would not interfere
in Russian affairs during the most sensitive time
of dismantling the Soviet Union. This information
has never been made public – to my knowledge.

COMMENTARY: crossing over –
death of the physical body: why is it that in our
society, the most critical event in our lifetime –
crossing over to the afterlife – is a taboo
subject for discussion? We avoid talking about death
of the physical body – as if it is not going
to happen. People find it impolite to discuss death
socially. Yet death of the physical body is inevitable.
We have no say in it. It will happen.

THE BEHEADING OF AN AMERICAN –
as shown on television. A report by V Simpson states
when the television clip about the American Nicholas
Berg shows that when he was being beheaded, some radical
Islamic in Milan repeatedly cheered and uttered the
usual clichés “… enemy of God go
to hell … kill him … kill him.”
His obscene screams were picked up by microphones
in his flat. Other Moslems would condemn such un-spiritual
horrible expletives. People around the world have
to make a distinction between negative religion and
spirituality – the two are NOT the same. One
can be ‘religious’ but not spiritual.
Being negatively religious means screaming ‘God
is great’ when terrorists are butchering innocent
captives or when thousands of people are slaughtered.
Traditional Moslems have disassociated themselves
from radical Moslems because traditional Moslems are
instructed against ‘negative’ religion.
On crossing over we are informed through empirical
mediumship that the level of spirituality –
not religion – will be critical as to your place
in the afterlife dimension.
THE ‘RESURRECTION’:
There are still a few Christians who continue to preach
that after we physically die, we stay underground
or limbo or in ‘no man’s land’ until
Jesus comes to ‘judge the living and the dead’
– WRONG! Repeatedly, empirically elicited information
states very clearly, that when we physically die,
our duplicate etheric (spirit) body comes out of the
physical body – with all memories and character
intact – and then is met by loved ones, and
under normal circumstances, the etheric body progresses
to the realm of the light. That is why around the
world millions of people have reported recently loved
ones who crossed over contacted them or appeared to
them or made some contact with them to inform them
they are happy in their new afterlife environment.
The religious idea that the body stays underground
until Jesus comes back again came about at the Council
of Nicea in 325 AD. More about his next week.

dramatic, the paranormal conceptualizations are very

to-day. The series is based on the experiences of
Mary Ann Winkowski,
a paid consultant to the series, who claims she is
booked four months in advance to chase unwanted ghosts
from people’s homes. When people state that
they communicate with those who crossed over, they
are not mad or insane or unstable or sick. Some genuinely
gifted psychics CAN see and communicate with those
who crossed over. This is what the new physics is
about – the non-physical energy which explains
all this. Slowly and surely this will be accepted
world wide- because we know and we experienced that
there is nothing more powerful than an empirical concept
whose time has come.
SKEPTICISM ABOUT THE PARANORMAL EXPLAINED:
a debate this week was about why some people accept
and others do not accept the evidence for the afterlife
and the paranormal. Just as we have people who are
gifted musicians or artists or singers, there are
also people who are extremely sensitive to paranormal
matters. There are millions around the world who are
a little sensitive and have the occasional paranormal
experience. The closed minded skeptical debunkers
are people who are psychically DEAF and BLIND. One
of the greatest challenges facing mankind is to be
able to identify, control and manipulate non-physical
energy. This has nothing to do with religion (unsupported
by science) or superstition or personal beliefs. I
am talking about a ‘new physics’- extending
the ability of science to account for what sensitives
have always known. Communicating with afterlife entities
is the greatest (empirical) discovery in human history.
GHOSTS BEAT GOD in public opinion
in England. A staggeringly high percentage of people
– 68% stated they accept the existence of ‘ghosts’
and ‘spirits’. But when asked if they
believed in God, the figure dropped dramatically to
55%! 12% claim to have seen ghosts (including loved
ones after death) (Psychic News Nov 19th 05)
TERRORISM: two Australians are accused
of being members of a terrorist organization- who
were plotting to assassinate the Australian Prime
Minister and his family in retaliation for Australia’s
involvement in Iraq – they are Abdul Nacer Benbrika,
46, the alleged leader of a terrorist group and Abdullah
Merhi, 20. They appeared in court to-day. It was only
a mention – the committal hearing will be sometime
next year. The prosecution alleges that these two
‘terrorists’ were planning other killings
similar to the London bombings – sending many
people to the afterlife before their time. Granted
there are many decent Moslems who are law abiding
citizens. But it is sickening is to hear terrorists
shouting ‘God is Great’ when they send
innocent people to the afterlife blowing up railway
stations and shopping centers.

COMMENTARY:
The Christian Churches now accept the scientific evidence
for the afterlife: those in the afterlife dimension
CAN contact us! THE CATHOLIC CHURCH AND THE CHURCH
OF ENGLAND representing approximately 1.2 BILLION
people, contrary to their theology, now AGREE with
the empirical finding that those who crossed over
CAN contact us any time. But this week an uninformed
fundamentalist (I’m sure there are a few like
him still around) tried to tell Victor that when we
die, our bodies stay underground until Jesus returns
‘to judge the living and the dead’
– this could be for thousands – even millions
of years! But that is NOT consistent with empirical
afterlife research; not consistent with science.
The Vatican itself admitted the belief that the dead
stay unconscious and underground until Jesus comes
again is WRONG. They now agree that what the spiritualists
say – about contacting our loved ones when they
cross over – is absolutely correct (click on
BOOK top right, click on chapter 3 -
go to The Vatican Supports EVP).
The Church of England, after having done its own two
year investigation – under the auspices
of then Archbishop Lang and Archbishop Temple in England-
unqualifiedly accepted that immediate contact with
those who crossed over is possible. This means that
both Catholics and Anglicans now agree that when we
cross over we do NOT stay underground until Jesus’
return. On crossing over we will have our loved ones
waiting for us, then under normal circumstances –
for the average decent folk, proceed to the Third
Realm, a place of immense beauty and where conditions
are far superior to those on earth. Read my full article
rebutting this uninformed Fundamental Christian –
who is not a scientist, not an empiricist, not someone
who is informed about objectivity but argues with
a lot of religious superstition. Yes, I repeat, contact
can be made with those who crossed over. This was
attested to by some of the greatest scientists who
ever walked on this planet earth – including
physicist Sir Oliver Lodge, Sir William Crookes, Sir
William Barrett and Prof Alan Wolf.

THE SCIENCE OF THE AFTERLIFE:
In the U.S.: a list in his recent book The Truth about
Medium- which I am reading at the moment- G Schwarz
gives a list of 20 mediums he has worked with over
a ten year period. He says about them “This
group of extraordinarily gifted, caring and genuine
mediums…have been tested under experimental
conditions that rule out the use of fraud and cold
reading techniques commonly used by psychic entertainers
and mental magicians…” .
SO YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE AFTERLIFE?
Do you know there has NEVER ever been
in world history one scientist, philosopher, skeptic
or anyone else who wrote a book explaining that there
is no afterlife or that there cannot be an afterlife?
By contrast some of the most intelligent and most
brilliant scientists who walked on this planet earth
have not only written books about the existence of
the afterlife, they actually demonstrated some aspect

GOODBYE JOHN LENNON:
Yesterday was the 25 th anniversary of his assassination.
His song IMAGINE sums up some aspects of what we can
expect in the afterlife. I am one of those who accept
that John Lennon was assassinated by Mark Chapman
on behalf of a covert group. Chapman was only the
monkey. The planner of his assassination – the
organ-grinder – has not been caught. Inevitably,
he/they will pay the price for taking the life of
Lennon. Why do I say this? Chapman did something professional
assassins do – definitively identifying the
target. He obtained the autograph of John Lennon before
the recording session. This was because John Lennon
had not been seen in public for some 12 months. The
autograph would have identified him as the true John
Lennon, by his fingerprints. Chapman could have killed
John Lennon BEFORE the recording session when asking
him for the autograph. Why didn’t he? Because,
identification had to be confirmed first. Once John
Lennon was identified, Chapman waited for him then
at point blank range fired deadly shots to kill John
Lennon in cold blood. Yes, Chapman, we believe you
pulled the trigger, but you have not told us who paid
you for it. Come clean because the Law of Cause and
Effect applies to you too – you will not get
away with it - absolutely.
GAY MARRIAGES LEGAL NOW IN
THE U.K. .. BUT…WOULD YOU BELIEVE THIS?
The Church of England this week will be allowing
homosexual male and female clergy to marry but insists
that they are not to have sex when they sleep together
in the same bed! According to a news report, homosexual
priests in the Church of England will be allowed to
“marry” their partners under a proposal
drawn up by senior bishops, led by Rowan Williams,
the Archbishop of Canterbury. The decision ensures
that gay and lesbian clergy who wish to register relationships
under the new “civil partnerships” law
— giving them many of the tax and inheritance
advantages of married couples — will not lose
their licenses to be priests.”

clergy will however, have to give an assurance (but
notice, not a promise) to their diocesan bishop that
they will abstain from sex. The bishops are trying
to uphold the church doctrine of forbidding clergy
from sex except in a full marriage. They accept, however,
that the new law leaves them little choice but to
accept the right of gay clergy to have civil partners.
The decision is likely to reopen the row over homosexuality
that has split the worldwide Anglican communion. It
may also overshadow an international meeting of senior
bishops next month designed to heal rifts between
liberals and conservatives over the issue. The Lesbian
and Gay Christian Movement estimates that within five
years 1,500 homosexual Anglican clergy will have registered
under the new law, which comes into force on December
5. The Church of England proposal is contained in
a draft Pastoral Statement on Civil Partnerships,
drawn up by Graham James, the Bishop of Norwich. It
was discussed at length and provisionally agreed at
a meeting last week at a hotel in Market Bosworth,
Leicestershire. A final draft with some amendments
will be produced for approval by the House of Bishops,
the upper house of the church’s General Synod.

THE VATICAN BANS HOMOSEXUAL
PRIESTS. At the same time the current
Pope plagued by the scandals of pedophilia, has issued
a bulletin recently that the Catholic Church will
NOT allow homosexuals to be priests in the Catholic
Church. Sadly the Vatican is not making a distinction
between mature, gay clergymen and pedophiles and has
come down with an absolute enforceable rule. This
at a time when the number of candidates for the priesthood
in the US has shrunk from 39,638 in 1966 to fewer
than 4,000 in the year 2002 and it is estimated by
many sources that about 30% of Catholic priests are
gay. In Australia, some years ago - 1997, only ONE
Catholic priest was ordained in that year. Clearly
unless the Catholic Church allows the ordination of
married priests and of women it is going to run out

WHEN A LOVED ONE DIES:
If you have an open mind and if you had a heart to
heart connection with your loved one, the decent average
person, irrespective of beliefs or non beliefs, is
guaranteed to one day meet that loved one again. Notwithstanding
the rigid opposition by those who crusade AGAINST
the afterlife, the empirical evidence for the afterlife
has NEVER been rebutted: go to BOOK top right. Also,

Sudden death:
A colleague of mine, a lawyer, died suddenly last
weekend at the tender age of 50. Naturally, many of
us were stunned that he just dropped dead, apparently
of heart failure at such a relatively young age. He
was not sick. He was not religious and had no religious
beliefs about the afterlife. But he was a decent person.
He should have no problems at all on crossing over.
He will be met by his loved ones – those with
whom he had a heart to heart link to assist him in
crossing over to the realm of the light – where
conditions are hugely better than on earth. Again,
beliefs are NOT important on crossing over. It is
how you lived your life that will be critical –
reasonable conduct, reasonable decency, honest, integrity
with no cruelty and with unselfish behavior.

Part 2 -
an item on the urgent need for a World Scientific
PSI Council – (WSPC). I had a number of excellent
responses this week regarding this matter. One very
practical way of doing it would be to call upon an
existing international organization such as ISARTOP
and request it to organize a first international meeting.
Representatives of each empirical psi group from around
the world would be invited to share their most recent
psi results and other issues. From this meeting an
International World Scientific Psi Council can be
formed. One year later the British Society for Psychical
Research could host the meeting in London to discuss,
refine, plan and to further the objects of the World
Psi Council. A year after that, with the accumulated
information and knowledge, the third World Scientific
Psi Council could be hosted in the United States to
continue to refine the WPC and to formally establish
a constitution, work out the objects, funding and
a link to the United Nations. ISATORP has experience
dealing with the United Nations in empirical psi matters
– so that ISATORP can play a leading part in
founding a truly international World Scientific Psi
Council. We are only limited by our own perception
– so let’s think big - to attain what
one could call the most important event in empirical
psi in world history.

Uri Geller,
one of the greatest psychics on this planet earth
to-day: GENEVA (AFP) - Entertainer and psychic Uri
Geller played an unusual role in breaking the ice
during talks on a historic deal between the Palestinian
Red Crescent and its Israeli counterpart by bending
spoons. Geller, who is head of the Friends of Magen
David Adom, a key fundraising arm of the Israeli relief
agency, proved the point at the signing ceremony in
the Swiss city of Geneva by gently rubbing a few spoons
out of shape. "Uri Geller did not just help break
the ice with the skills that have made him famous
-- a considerable number of bent spoons line the road
that led to this agreement," said Swiss Foreign
Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey. "He has also played
a pivotal role in helping everyone focus on the main
objective and overcoming differences over secondary

dignitaries. A bright-eyed Geller, whose claims to
have telepathic powers have been contested, returned
the compliment, praising the determination of the
negotiators. "It was sheer willpower," he
remarked with a wink, bending yet another a spoon
for Palestinian Red Crescent chief Younis Al-Khatib
and promising to stop him smoking.
