I am always approached and sometimes confronted by those
who want to question the existence of the afterlife. That
is good. That is excellent because if there is genuine interest,
inevitably there will be answers for those searching for
the meaning of life – and the afterlife, the MOST
important thing to understand on this planet earth. But
people have to make a most important distinction between
that which is a belief – and all religions are based
on beliefs which go back thousands of years – and
that which is hard core repeatable empirically elicited
information- such as the paranormal and the afterlife. Why
is it that over many years I came across so many people
who BELIEVE they have the true belief. I have met Christians
who swear that Christianity is the only valid religion.
I met Jews who claim theirs is the only religion and is
superior to anything else. And then there are the Buddhists,
the Moslems, the Sikhs and the Shintoists and so many others
who are into BELIEFS. Even atheists and agnostics are intrinsically
subjective – “I believe in nothing.’’
Not one of these can prove their beliefs. ALL beliefs are
subjective and inevitably subject to complete invalidation.
Empirically based information is where we can demonstrate
the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I
have assembled some 23 areas of empirical, objective repeatable
evidence to show that the afterlife does indeed exist. Click

QUESTION OF THE WEEK – REMOTE
VIEWING – A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE- KGB
incident: Have you ever had any paranormal
experience?
VICTOR: Of course I have – the personal
experience is the most powerful experience to convince any
skeptic or any materialist. That is one of the reasons why
I am 100% convinced of the paranormal – and the afterlife.
I mentioned my experiences a couple of weeks ago. Go to
the ARCHIVES. But I also experienced REMOTE VIEWING. That,
among other things, convinced me of validity of the paranormal.
The afterlife evidence is different because there is actual
telepathic intelligent two-way conversation – albeit
usually fairly short. But I can now state that in one of
my remote viewings I identified a former KGB contact by
the name of J. Forace who was stationed in Canberra, Australia
as an Ambassador for a European Socialist government. He
died a few months ago. I mentioned this incident very briefly
before. Investigation of his background subsequently confirmed
he was a card carrying member of a communist Party in Western
Europe. Evidence confirmed that he used to correspond with
the KGB in the fifties – during the peak of the cold
war. He is also on record for contacting the illegal directorate
of the KGB to try to discredit those who were anti-Soviet
human rights campaigners. The Remote Viewing showed that
during a an interview with a former KGB disinformation officer
after Perestroika (the Soviet Union's collapse) it was conceded
that the KGB did in fact receive a request by J.Forace to
try to adversely affect human rights campaigners. The remote
viewing of this experience was seen three dimensionally
as if I was there. There is more information of course,

AFTERLIFE PHYSICS:
what explains the paranormal and afterlife evidence is physics.
“ To Einstein, the speed of light was the most fundamental
thing in the physical universe” say David Ash &
Peter Hewitt (go to BOOK click on chapter 6 EINSTEIN E=mc2).
“ In Relativity, he treated it as ‘the sole
universal constant’ and showed that everything in
our world – including space and time – is related
to this speed.” But “at the speed of light itself,
time disappears into eternity and space collapses on itself”
and they argue, “Why should movement be limited to
the speed of light? Where movement (is accelerated within
the vortex of the atom) it would give rise to ‘super-energy.’
But super-energy would not be available to any of the five
normal human senses. Super-energy in the vortex accounts
for many reported paranormal experiences.” Research
into afterlife physics will inevitably happen one day on
a grand scale – and the results will be a revolution
in orthodox science which seems to have gotten stuck with
its lack of ability to explain what millions of people experience
everyday – the many aspects of the paranormal. Sweep
it under the carpet? Ignore it? Forget it? NOT ON YOUR LIFE!
It will stay with us until we get it right. We remember
Victor Hugo’s adage: there is nothing more powerful
than an idea whose time has come. I say the time of afterlife
physics has come now – and no amount of opposition
can stop it!
CATHOLICS ARE WRONG ABOUT DIVORCE:
THERE IS BIBILICAL AUTHORITY FOR DIVORCE!
Those Catholics who corresponded with me in the past regarding
divorce – I tell them there is an inconsistency in
the Bible about divorce. First, whilst the Catholic Church
says that a divorced person who remarries is committing
adultery and will go to eternal damnation – the Bible
disagrees with that. I know that some sensitive Catholics
who remarried get very upset about being told that they
could go to hell for ‘eternity’ because they
are ‘committing a heinous sin of adultery.’
Besides, there is another problem of the Church giving itself
power to annul some marriages and not others. GO TO THE

Freedom of divorce permitted Deuteronomy 24:1, 21:10-14.
Divorce restricted Matthew 5:32.
HELL FOR ETERNITY? Where
do you think the orthodox Christians got this ‘hell
for eternity’? Millions of people over the ages were
terrified by the threat of eternal damnation. Even to-day
in traditional Catholic countries – the less informed
tend to ‘believe’ that one day when they slip
into the afterlife they will go to hell for eternity –
sometimes for a quickie on the back seat of a car –
or in the old days for eating a ham sandwich on a Friday.
Nowadays many Catholics say “ah, it’s absolute
rubbish!” But where did this notion of ‘eternal’
damnation come from? This came from a willful MISTRANSLATION
from the original Greek Biblical text of the word ‘eon’.
Eon in Jesus’ time meant a PERIOD of time, of 100
years. Yet when some dishonest ecclesiastic translator of
the Bible translated the word ‘eon’, he willfully
mistranslated ‘eon’ NOT to show a PERIOD of
time, but he translated that to mean ‘eternity’.
That was evil. There is a magnificent book by an ex-priest
called COMMUNICATING WITH THE SPIRIT WORLD OF GOD by Johannes
Greber. He gives the full story on how the Christian church
was misguided into believing that there was a hell of eternity.
Priests took advantage of that and used it regularly because
it inculcated enormous fear especially in Catholic countries.
I was one who was brought up on these threats of eternal
damnation. It scared a lot of people. But in retrospect,
time has shown that when crusading Christians push FEAR
to its extreme to terrorize the human mind – it creates
the opposite to what was intended to inculcate – and
people just reject such arrogance.
FRENCH EXISTENTIALISM OF JEAN PAUL
SARTE: I get requests asking me about the
value of different philosophies – including the philosophy
of Sarte's existentialism. I used to study this philosophy
in my university days – but in retrospect, there is
nothing of value really. I find the philosophy of existentialism
negative, pessimistic, unproductive, defeatist and highly
negative. I believe that the human condition has within
itself the capacity to be more positive, to plan for well
being and to come to an understanding that we reap what
we sow – meaning that we are responsible for our acts
and omissions. Further, the atheistic existentialism of
Sartre’s philosophy does not accept the afterlife.
Like many professors and intellectuals, some of these academic
philosophers tend to be too abstract, too intellectual and
too irrelevant - and do not attempt ever to rebut the most
important evidence on this planet earth: the objective evidence
that we survive physical death.

RELIGION USED FOR TERRORIST PROPAG-ANDA AND BRAIN-WASHING.
We in the West have been hoodwinked about those terrorists
who keep using religion to promote their propaganda. Religious
experts tell us that in the strictest sense, the religion
of Islam in itself, does not promote violence at all. But
terrorist leaders are using the religion of Islam to get
support for their own cause. They know that religion will
bring in those whose mind is not terribly developed and
those who think from the heart – they are the easy
targets. Terrorist leaders and planners of anti-West activities
have been enormously successful using the religion of Islam
for propaganda purposes! Unfortunately, for the West, this
is an extremely powerful way for the terrorists to continue
to get support. What is needed immediately is to get those
genuine Moslems especially in the U.S., U.K. and Western
Europe to become most active in their denouncing terrorist
activities as not being religiously Moslem. No true religion
will give authority to kill, maim and murder innocent people.
If one takes away spirituality from religion, then the spiritual-less
religion cannot be called religion. Under NO circumstances
will ‘spirituality’ allow for ANY violence.
A religion without spirituality becomes a secular ritual.
HOW SCIENTIFIC IS ORTHODOX PSYCHOLOGY?
The few cynics who have been the most bitter closed minded
critics of the paranormal have been traditional orthodox
psychologists. But first, I fully support TRANS-PERSONAL
PSYCHOLOGY because it allows for the function of the non-physical
energy – such as empirical mediumship, telepathy and
other psychic processes. But the old traditional psychology
is in big trouble. Why? In its purest form, orthodox psychology
is NOT a pedigree discipline – it is NOT scientific!
Stripped of its encroachment from other pedigree disciplines
such as biology (brain, memory, coginition), medicine, science,
neurology and mathematics, psychology is nothing but formal
common sense and intuition – it is a subjective not
objective science. For example, Freudian, J.B Watson and
the other behaviorists including Skinner and his Schedules
of Reinforcement, Jungian, Rogerserian and the relatively
recent phenemology - are just primarily subjective, ie NOT
SCIENTIFIC. There have been huge problems transferring critical
experimental data using mice to the human condition. Orthodox
psychologists have to be very careful in criticizing paranormal
empiricists – because we find that traditional orthodox
psychology has NOT moved one iota these last four decades.
Only Transpersonal Psychology will survive when more advanced
psi experiments show the ubiquitous existence of the non
physical energy. And when that time comes – it will
make orthodox psychology completely redundant, irrelevant
and utterly otiose – useless.
QUESTION OF THE WEEK: SCIENCE DOES NOT CRUSADE.
From this week’s emails. Victor, your crusading must
be very successful – right?
Victor: I am NOT a crusader, I am NOT an evangelist. This
is NOT a religious crusade. Empiricists, scientists, mathematicians
do NOT crusade. There is an inevitable uniqueness in this
afterlife phenomenon: unless you have the right vibrations,
you will not be attracted to this vital and critical afterlife
empirically elicited information. Disseminating, spreading
the objective evidence is for those who are readily receptive
to the most important information they’ll come across
in their lifetime. If anyone decides to give it a miss it
will be his problem, his predicament and his/her concern
about how to handle the inevitability of the time of crossing
over. It would not be right for me to try to persuade anyone
who does not want to accept the evidence for the afterlife.
People are entitled to their beliefs or non beliefs –
in the end inevitably, they will get what they deserve.
KNOWLEDGE v BELIEFS. In the past, life
after death was a question of faith – not a question
of knowledge. To KNOW is ever so much better than to hope
and trust. Most of our beliefs came from some 2,000 years
ago. That was a time where there was no scientific method
to validate any phenomenon and those in power were in a
position to make up all kinds of things for people to dogmatically
believe. These days there are still those whose minds are
no different from the beliefs of some 2,000 years. Think
of the kamikaze pilots or those suicide Islamic bombers
these days who were and are being brainwashed into thinking
they will go straight to heaven when they commit suicide
and slaughter innocent people. But to-day, we also have
scientific method. We who can be intelligent and impartial
can make definitive distinctions between a belief and a
repeatable phenomenon. Do you ever wonder why the ‘Gods’
have not been making contact with the world these last 2,000
years? Should we allow 2,000 year old beliefs to insult
our intelligence by the grossness of the claims? Should
we not question EVERYTHING about the validity of what we
are taught to believe? History has repeatedly shown that
those who believe in absurdities are the ones who are committing
atrocities.
PRE-COGNITIVE DREAM DETECTIVE. The

MEDITATION is good
for you. It does NOT matter who you are, what your beliefs
are, it is guaranteed that those who regularly meditate
will have a calmer life, will be more at peace with themselves
and will be in a position to enjoy life much more than those
who do not meditate. Some of the benefits of meditation
are: mastering the nervous system to stay calm – which
means you will be more relaxed. Someone who is relaxed inevitably
saves a lot of mental, physical and nervous energy; there
will be less tendency to panic in crisis – there will
be ease, calmness and control in what to do. Those who are
spiritual will find that meditation gives them access to
a much higher level of relaxation and makes them more receptive
to the ‘universal mind’ – which means
more awareness, more insights and wisdom, more intelligence
and more intuition.
SEX FOR CATHOLICS
– 1) Use of contraceptives 2) masturbation-
sinful? Ironically, there are many women in the Catholic
Church who experience fear, guilt and anxiety because they
use contraception. 2) Boys, over-conditioned in Catholicism
feel guilty about masturbation. I’ve known young boys
to show anxiety and fear of eternal damnation because of
masturbation. What is my view they ask. First, contraception:
I state that most Catholic women are ignoring this prohibition
and the Catholic Church knows it. Secondly, from the information
which was transmitted from the afterlife it is not a transgression
to have sex using contraception and masturbation will not
send one to eternal damnation. What we get from the other
side is ‘self-responsibility’. Next week –

THE GREATEST DISCOVERY IN HUMAN HISTORY:
there is absolutely nothing as important, as critical, as
significant and as vital in this world of ours as the discovery
that human consciousness survives physical death. Space
exploration, the wizardy of computers, the secrets of making
money etc. do not come anywhere near the discovery that
we survive physical death. The objective evidence for the
afterlife is absolute. Empiricists have over decades unequivocally
shown and gifted mediums have demonstrated that the afterlife
in fact does exist. The afterlife has huge consequences

television this week that it is on record that 9/11 TWIN
TOWERS tragedy was accurately predicted by a psychic two
weeks - in the presence of a number of credible witnesses
- before the event happened. How and what is the process
of catching terrorists before they strike? This has to do
with afterlife physics - with non-physical energy. Everything
in the universe is about vibrations. Gifted mediums have
the capacity to tune in to negative low vibrations of a
person who is about to commit some heinous crime - such
as a terrorist act. We humans operate on a frequency vibrational
level. High vibrations indicate a person who is spiritually
advanced. Low vibrations shows the opposite. The tuning
in to person with low vibrations is just like when you change
frequency on a radio set to go from one high frequency radio
station to a lower frequency station. A gifted medium can
hone and tune in to a person who is about to commit some
heinous crime. There is a relationship between the level
of vibrations of a person and their conduct as a human being.
Gifted psychics can go forward or backward in time. It is
no wonder that in China, which has had fantastic success
using skilled psychics for military espionage, the government
there tests all primary schoolchildren for their psychic
gifts. Chris Robinson has had successes in identifying IRA

before you make any value judgments. I was a skeptic too
before I investigated. Go to REMOTE VIEWING.
SCIENTIFIC METHOD AND THE NON-ACCEPTANCE OF THE
PARANORMAL. Over the last twenty years or so I
came across those who are deeply AGAINST psychic matters.
Whilst I respect people's beliefs - as an empiricist lawyer
who does not have the luxury of 'beliefs', I wanted legitimate,
admissible empirical explanation why materialists do not
want to accept some psychic phenomenon - such as the Electronic
Voice Phenomena which was tested scientifically and which
yielded positive results. (Go to Chapter 3 in book contents
right column). Experience taught me that no matter how clear,
positive, accurate and empirical the psychic afterlife evidence
is, those who have deep rejection of the afterlife evidence
will reject the evidence.
They could not imagine for one moment that for so many years
they could have been wrong!! Then these materialists and
skeptics go into strong 'denial.'
Experts tell us that our 'beliefs' become part of our emotional
make up - and become hard wired into hour nervous system
and impossible to shift. This is because any information
- such as the objective evidence for the afterlife or the
paranormal - which contradicts the skeptics' beliefs will
give them anxiety - too much anxiety. The higher the anxiety,
the stronger the rejection. The body defences will then
deny the inconsistent psychic information can be correct.
In psychology this is called Rationalization to Avoid Cognitive
Dissonance and in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) this
is called 'deletions' (the mind deletes anything not consistent
with the negatively prejudiced skeptic's beliefs). As an
empiricist, I do not have the luxury of beliefs. All skeptics,
all materialists - just like those in religion - are technically
'believers' - they do NOT have science or empiricism to
support their subjective beliefs in skepticism.
ULTIMATE EVIDENCE: from time to time people
ask me what was the evidence that made me fully accept the
existence for the afterlife. Good question. My response
is always there is nothing more powerful than personal experience.
My friends would be regarded as humanists - or closed minded
skeptics. I grew up with them. But some sixteen years ago
I was able to obtain information from my dead parents -
information which nobody on earth knew about. I recognized
my father's speech pattern, his idiosyncratic way of verbally
expressing himself. Besides I questioned him for some twenty
minutes to properly authenticate who he was. All questions
put to him were answered correctly and accurately. Because
my relationship with him in my younger years as not good
at all, I was rather surprised to hear from him and asked
what he wanted in the communication. All he wanted he said
was forgiveness. I thought that was strange - but, yes,
I can attest that with absolute certainty, the communication
was from my father and that he accurately validated a number
of critical incidents no one on earth knew about. Then after
when I heard closed minded skeptics stating I was wrong
about the communication with my own father- I realized how
wrong the closed minded skeptics themselves are. The objections
were not legitimate, justifiable nor were they admissible.
Even though I have some twenty one different areas of objective
evidence, the personal experience was far too persuasive
above anything else I came across for the existence of the
afterlife.
SWEDEN accepts the paranormal. Swedish

of the afterlife and the value of the paranormal.
BIBLICAL SOURCES? After reading your articles
on religion- where do you get your sources that the Bible
has been changed a number of times and that Christianity
plagiarized from previous religions?
Victor: First, I state that I am NOT against religion,
NOT against any beliefs as long as the beliefs do not harm
anyone. I always encourage people to keep on asking questions
and to find out for themselves from quality resources the
information they are seeking.These I consider to be fairly
reliable and hitherto unrebutted sources:

THE OBJECTIVITY OF PSYCHIC EMPIRICISM - THE MOST

Empiricism (using scientific method to measure
psychic phenomena) is totally independent to and different
from the SUBJECTIVITY of ANY beliefs, including religious
beliefs. People have a right to their beliefs - always with
the proviso that the beliefs will hurt no one. But in the
event of any inconsistency between the empirical and personal
beliefs,such as religious or non-afterlife BELIEF, inevitably
the EMPIRICAL will always prevail over religious or ANY
other non afterlife belief. Materialism, which does not
accept the afterlife does not have the substance of objective
empiricism, does not have objective authority. Belief that
there is no afterlife is subjective and is subject to complete
invalidation.
It can never be any other way.

A LAWYER REBUTS THE NEW SCIENTIST
JOURNAL’S ANTI-PSYCHIC ARTICLE. The
very highly restrictive, highly esoteric and highly unreadable
ANTI-PSYCHIC journal ‘New Scientist’ in July
2005 had a feature attacking mediumship, clairvoyance and
psychics generally. It is one of the most unscientific pieces
of deceptive and malicious writing I have ever seen in my
life – I go further: it is absolute rubbish, absolute
amateurish! In professional debate the asserter has to prove.
In this willfully dirty and dishonest article, written either
by an amateur writer or by someone instructed to be negative,
we are NEVER given any substance, not given proper, legitimate
references, not given any objective evidence at all. The
writer knowingly omits to mention the empirically validated
psychic experiments by some of the world’s most credible
empiricists and scientists. We are referred to some anti-paranormal
British psychologist who in my opinion – and the opinion
of a number of professionals – does NOT have any credibility
at all when testing psychics. We have seen this professor’s
dirty work – how he exploited, how he willfully misled
and violated professional ethics to maliciously cheat, lie
and to dirty the name of a gifted teenage medical intuitive

QUESTION OF THE WEEK: a
very popular question about CHRISTIAN BELIEFS: are they
compatible with science regarding the afterlife?
Victor: First, I prefer to use the term
‘empirical’ instead of science. Empirical is
the use of scientific method to measure (psychic) phenomena.
There has been a great deal of empirical testing of afterlife
phenomena over the last 100 years. Empiricism has nothing
to do with religious beliefs. Using scientific method is
blatantly objective. Now when it comes to the afterlife,
I included some 21 areas of objective evidence – empirically
elicited information that the afterlife exists. So far nobody
has been able to rebut the evidence. Now Christians believe
that the afterlife exists, that there is a realm they call
heaven and another realm they call hell. Catholics believe
there is an intermediate realm called purgatory. Empirically
elicited information shows that there are different realms
in the afterlife from the lowest vibrational realms ascending
to the highest. The higher thespeed of the vibrations, the
brighter, lighter and better the conditions. Highly credible
information transmitted from the afterlife states that most
decent folk end up on the third level in the afterlife and
that there is a universal law of evolution. Over time –
even if it takes eons of time – all beings continue
to evolve from one realm to higher realms.
TERRORISM IN IRAQ:
more than 1800 U.S. soldiers have died since the invasion
of Iraq. The terror which is being unleashed by insurgents
– or terrorists as some call - them is just horrendous
– it is cold blooded murder. When some suicide bomber
goes into a crowd and blows him/herself and innocent men,
women and children up, what happens to the people who cross
over through an explosion? First, most highly credible information
tells us that the suicide bomber himself, through his callous
deed would have reduced his soul vibrations. This means
that on blowing himself up he will go to a slow vibrational
realm – mostly in the lower Astral level – horrible,
dark realm. There will be NO FIFTY VIRGINS waiting for him
in heaven as the Islamic brainwashers claim. The other innocent
people blown to death will usually be taken to a place of
rest where slowly they will recoup and be informed what
actually has happened. Thenafter they will lead normal lives
depending on their level of spiritual advancement. But most
decent folk’s first stop is the third level realm
where conditions are much better than on earth. See also

XENOGLOSSY: is when
a person in an altered state of consciousness – e.g.
under drugs or hypnosis speaks in a foreign language that
person never ever leant before. A colleague of mine, Peter
Ramster (go to right column, click on chapter 24 –
under the heading ‘Regression’) told me a number
of instances where he came across xenoglossy. Last time
I met him he told me of an instance where he was in hospital
treating patients and came across a blond, blue-eyed Anglo
Saxon female patient who on coming out from anesthetic began
to speak in Italian. A small crowd gathered to witness the
event. When she came back to full consciousness and was
told what happened, she stated that she never learnt Italian,
she never went to Italy and did not have Italian friends.

THE SECOND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
on "Scientific Investigation of Survival of
Physical Death, with Special Reference to Instrumental Transcommunication"

SURVEY SHOWS DOCTORS ACCEPT THE
EVIDENCE FOR THE AFTERLIFE When scientists
at the University of Chicago's Maclean Center for Clinical
Medical Ethics did a cross country survey of 1,044 doctors
they made some interesting discoveries. There is a surprising
degree of spirituality in a science-based field. An amazing
76 per cent said they believe in God and 59 per cent - almost
six our of ten - said they believe in some sort of afterlife.
Researcher, Dr. Farr Curlin said:"We were surprised
to find that physicians were as religious as they apparently
are," and added: "There's a deep-seated cultural
idea that science and religion are at odds." Earlier
surveys had suggested fewer than half of scientists believe
in God. The survey is to appear shortly in the Journal of
General Internal Medicine.
